Naturally, one of the first inquiries made by people interested in immigration to Canada concerns the costs of the process.
In this article, we will detail most expenses required for a specific immigration program that we offer to nurse staff and caregivers – a complete immigration process, destinated to provide the applicant with a direct path to permanent residency (PR) in Canada, through a course of work as a caregiver, or a nanny.
A candidate who was found eligible for our program, and decided to start his immigration process to Canada, will first need to take the IELTS English exam (International English Language Testing System), and process his education credentials assessment (ECA) through one of the Canadian companies that provide this service (such as WES or IQAS companies).
The IELTS exam is done worldwide, through the British Embassies, and requires a short registration process done through their international website. For this exam, there is a fee, paid throughout the registration process. This fee is determined by the British Council and may vary from one destination to the other. You can check updated costs for the IELTS exam at this link.
The ECA assessment (education credentials assessment) is done through several Canadian authorized companies, and they too charge for this service, while opening an account with one of the companies and prior to receiving the evaluation itself. Registration fee is done online on the website of the company itself. You can check an updated cost for ECA through WES company at this link.
As mentioned above, we offer a complete Immigration program fitted for nursing staff and caregivers (one of several programs). This program provides a direct path to permanent residency in Canada, and as such, it includes a job placement for the main applicant, an application for PR, open work visa for the spouse (when relevant). For these services, which include the immediate family of the applicant (spouse and children) there is a service charge of 18,000-23,000 dollars (USD). You should know that this cost is a promotion for the Covid 19 period and is correct at the time of writing. Please note that there are cheaper programs that may be suitable for you, and to which we will dedicate a separate article. Please contact us through our website for more information regarding these programs.
Our fee is paid in five to six installments according to the progress of the process as follows:
When you decide to start your application, you make a deposit of 200 dollars for opening your file. This deposit is not refundable.
The next installment is done only after you will have your valid IELTS results and ECA. At this stage, you make another deposit of 2,000 USD. If you didn’t Clear either IELTS or ECA yet, we will wait for you to complete it before doing your second deposit. Once you have made this deposit, we then schedule your first interview. The interview will be done by our RCIC (registered Canadian immigration consultants).
If you do not clear this interview, you will get a full refund for this installment of 2,000 USD.
The next installment will be made once you clear your interview with our RCIC. At this stage, you will make another deposit of 4,000 USD, and this is when we start locating an employer for you (with the assistance of HR services), once an employer is located we schedule your job interview.
If you do not clear this interview, we will supply you with another interview with a different employer, at no extra charge.
if you do not clear those two job interviews,s you will have two options: the first one will be to drop the process altogether and at this point get a partial refund; the second will be to continue the process and try a third job interview with another employer. In this second option, there will be an additional charge of 5000 USD (Which will set our fee at 23,000 USD) and we will be obligated to supply you with as-much interviews needed in order to locate this one employer that will hire you once his interview is cleared.
Once you get a job offer you will need to do the next installment of 5,000 USD. At this point, you will get a list of documents that you will need to collect, together with several forms to fill in.
The final installment of 6,800 USD is paid after your application is ready for submission, prior to submitting it to the Canadian immigration authorities.
Upon submitting the application to the Canadian Immigration authorities, you will be asked to pay Canadian charges, paid directly (and online) to the Canadian Immigration authorities. The current charges are listed below:
